Salesforce Product Owner

Description: You will be the go-to person to lead a corporation improve, maintain, and optimise its Salesforce instance. The role requires 5 years of experience and the appointee must be competent and experienced in Salesforce requirement-gathering with c-suite level directors, stakeholders, and different departments. Leadership and direct report experience is required. Must have active Salesforce certifications and a proven track record of success on the platform.

Minimum Years’ Experience:

5 years+

Key Skills Required:

  • Salesforce certifications: Admin, Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud minimum.
  • Any other Salesforce certification valued.
  • Prior experience of overseeing a corporate instance of the platform.
  • This is not a technical role, but you must be able to communicate and direct technical colleagues, which needs a strong understanding of the platform.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Gathering requirements through cross-functional meetings.
  • Translating business needs to functional and technical realities.
  • Applying business analyst practices in line with best practices for Salesforce in an enterprise of this scale (approx. 1000 users).
