Engagement Type: Implementation Description: The Salesforce Product Owner is responsible for the oversight of salesforce related product vision and strategy associated with the development and implementation for the client, including communications, scope, schedule, cost, risk, and other measures. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiating, decision making, problem solving, presentation and facilitation skills. Strong Stakeholder management. Ability to convey technical information to all audiences with ease, as well as engaging and managing stakeholders effectively. Hands on experience of leading a delivery team across onshore and offshore domains. Strong knowledge of waterfall methodologies. Working knowledge of other development methodologies approaches. Areas of Responsibility: Defining a product vision and strategy. Creating, owning and maintaining the product backlog features that deliver the product strategy. Providing vision, direction and assistance to the development teams. Ensuring the quality of the product, holding development and support teams to account for the delivery of that quality. Owning the release road-map.

They are a world-leading professional services company, transforming business, operating and IT models for the digital era. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: Vlocity Experience is essential. Experience working in Cloud platform is advantageous. Experience of working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in Business Process Mapping and requirements gathering. Comfortable in a technical environment. Areas of Responsibility: Participate in workshops with Customer Product Owner to validate requirements and get additional clarity on user stories finalized for a particular sprint. Interact with customer Business stakeholders, prepare and deliver detailed use cases and requirement documents during the define and sprint planning stages. Obtain stakeholders Inputs, views and prepare all the required documentation for workshops, UAT testing & validations, Train-The-Trainer sessions. Translate the user stories for technical consumption by implementation team. Responsible to identify and document intersystem dependencies, integration & data needs.

Experience in multi channel content creation, Community design and strategic development. Ability to break down complex technical details and features into manageable, easy to understand content. Salesforce certifications, ADM 201, Community Cloud Consultant. Areas of Responsibility: Create and manage a Salesforce Community which becomes the first place all of our customers go to get the answers to their questions. Work to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to align community efforts. Help develop blogs, guides, knowledge articles and other customer success content. Review and respond to community comments and posts in a quick and timely manner. Create and manage reports and dashboards showing community usage and engagement.
