Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:

• Vlocity Experience is essential.
• Experience working in Cloud platform is advantageous.
• Experience of working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in Business Process Mapping and requirements gathering.
• Comfortable in a technical environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Participate in workshops with Customer Product Owner to validate requirements and get additional clarity on user stories finalized for a particular sprint.
• Interact with customer Business stakeholders, prepare and deliver detailed use cases and requirement documents during the define and sprint planning stages.
• Obtain stakeholders Inputs, views and prepare all the required documentation for workshops, UAT testing & validations, Train-The-Trainer sessions.
• Translate the user stories for technical consumption by implementation team.
• Responsible to identify and document intersystem dependencies, integration & data needs.
